The 2023 Youth HADR Camp@NDHU is co-hosted by the Tzu Chi Foundation, International Cooperation and Development Fund (Taiwan ICDF), and National Dong Hwa University (NDHU). Through the process of hands-on, brainstorming and discussion (Tzu Chi HADR technology equipment, emergency evacuation kit and family emergency plan), the young generation will be improved to understand of the disaster knowledge with their daily life, as well as promoting the DRR science & technology in Taiwan.
All participants are totally from  10 countries.
