Accounting Office

Background

Handle budgeting, auditing and accounting related works in accordance with regulations and laws; provide advices and funding for project execution.

 

Primary Tasks

  1. Annual income, expenditure, budgets and final accounts planning, consolidating and compiling
  2. Income and expenditure examining and budgets controlling
  3. Accounting related vouchers and statements preparing and making
  4. General ledger recording and accounts bookkeeping
  5. Procurement supervising
  6. Other financial and accounting related affairs

 

Future Work

Continuously enhance internal accounting procedures and system to provide efficient and effective accounting operation.
